I was watching the Food Network today when I came across this fascinating place or should I say, this fascinating street cart!
Chef, Ian Kleinman, is using science to create some truly one of a kind sweet treats. He appears to be Denver, Colorado’s answer to Heston Blumenthal, using liquid nitrogen to create some unique ice creams and other edible delights. Check out his recipe for Apple Pie Koolaid
I also love the fact that Kleinman regularly cooks in schools, using delicious delicacies to get kids involved in science. That would be one class I would be interested in attending!
I only wish I lived in Denver….!
